2. Services

We provide educational content, in‑person and online training for truck driving, exam preparation, and career guidance. We may update course content and schedules at any time to reflect regulations and safety practices.

3. Accounts

You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your login credentials and for all activities under your account. Notify us of unauthorized use immediately.

4. Conduct

• Follow safety instructions from instructors at all times.
• Do not misuse vehicles, equipment, or property.
• Do not attempt to gain unauthorized access to systems or data.
• Do not harass or discriminate against others; we maintain a zero‑tolerance policy.

5. Payments and refunds

Prices are listed in USD and may change. Refund eligibility depends on the course and the time of cancellation relative to the start date. We disclose refund terms during enrollment for each program.

6. Certificates

Certificates of completion may be issued for qualifying programs. Certificates signify that you met course requirements; they are not a guarantee of employment or government licensure.

7. Disclaimers

We strive for accuracy but provide content “as is.” We do not warrant uninterrupted access or error‑free content. Practical driving involves inherent risks; you assume those risks during training within the bounds of our safety protocols.

8. Limitation of liability

To the fullest extent permitted by law, RadiantVra Haulcraft is not liable for indirect, incidental, special, or consequential damages. Our aggregate liability is limited to amounts you paid for services in the 12 months before the claim.

9. Intellectual property

All content is owned by RadiantVra Haulcraft or its licensors. You may not reproduce, distribute, or create derivative works without permission.

10. Termination

We may suspend or terminate access for violations of these Terms or for harmful behavior. You may stop using the services at any time.

11. Governing law

These Terms are governed by the laws of the State of Washington, without regard to conflict of law principles.
