Our Story
RadiantVra Haulcraft began with a simple idea: teach world‑class trucking while respecting the world itself. Veterans of long‑haul and regional freight joined forces with instructional designers to build a modern program where safety, efficiency, and environmental responsibility move together.
2018 — Seeds of change
We piloted eco‑driving modules alongside CDL basics, proving new drivers can learn fuel‑smart habits from day one.
2021 — Hybrid cohorts
Launched evenings and weekends tracks, unlocking CDL access for working adults without sacrificing practice hours.
2025 — National partners
More than fifty hiring partners commit to interviewing graduates who complete our safety excellence pathway.
Mission
Empower drivers to steward both cargo and climate—through deliberate practice, grounded decision‑making, and lifelong learning.
- Teach skills that hold up at 3 am in the rain, not just on test day.
- Blend simulator prep with yard and road time to build judgment.
- Embed eco‑driving in every module, not as an optional add‑on.
Eco pledge
For each graduating cohort, we sponsor habitat restoration near major freight corridors. Our training reduces unnecessary idling, harsh braking, and inefficient routing.
